Tenancies commenced from 1 July 2019 to 30 , June 20,21

  • Ceiling and underfloor insulation is mandatory in all Bridge Pā and New Zealand rental homes where it’s reasonably practicable to put in.
  • A Healthy Homes Declaration of Intent An Insulation Statement as well as an Insurance Statement must be included in any new, renewed or varied tenancy agreement.

From 1 July 2024

  • All rentals homes must comply with the Healthy Homes Standards regardless of when the tenancy began.
