Tenancies signed between 1 July 2019 to 30 , June 20,21

  • Ceiling and underfloor insulation is mandatory in all Roys Hill and New Zealand rental homes where it is reasonably practicable to put in.
  • A Healthy Homes Statement of Intent to Comply as well as an Insulation Statement, and an Insurance Statement should be included with any renewed, new or modified tenancy agreement.
